1. Who collects your data
Your personal data is collected and processed by PixelFit, a web services micro-agency based in Romania, accessible at pixelfit.app. For any questions related to data processing, you can contact us at contact@pixelfit.app.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form on our website, we collect the following data: your name, email address, your website URL (optional), and the message you submit. We do not collect sensitive data, do not install tracking cookies, and do not use retargeting pixels.
3. Purpose of processing
The data collected is used exclusively to respond to your requests, including sending the free SEO audit, providing a website redesign offer, or managing social media, as applicable. We do not use your email address for marketing campaigns without your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by completing and submitting the contact form, and on the legitimate interest of PixelFit in responding to received requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. How long we keep data
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to resolve your request, but no longer than 12 months after the last interaction. Upon expiry of this period, the data is permanently deleted from our systems.
6. We do not sell data
PixelFit does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be accessed by the technical tools we use to receive messages (e.g. Formspree for form processing), which have their own privacy policies and ensure the level of protection required by GDPR.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Right of access, you can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification, you can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure, you can request deletion of data if there is no legal basis for keeping it.

• Right to object, you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
8. How to exercise your rights
For any request related to your personal data, send an email to contact@pixelfit.app with the subject "GDPR – [type of request]". We will respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect legislative or operational changes. The current version is always available at pixelfit.app/politica-confidentialitate. The date of the last modification is indicated at the top of the page.
